hello. today andrew has a cold. yuk. someone on the train gave it to me yesterday. yukkky yuk. so i'm drinking lemsip - the one without the aspartame - which hopefully will work at low dosages as i haven't taken any paracetamol for over a year. zoom zoom. and its raining here in london, england as my american chums say. be happy and safe people, chant inwardly and breathe outwardly. and remember to buy a book if you are in st james's park station.
